Saute the meat very lightly in butter. |

Add onions and continue cooking for 3 minutes. |

Add tomatoes and half cup water. Cover and reduce heat. |

Simmer on until meat is nearly tender and place it on top. |

Add salt, pepper, lime juice & 1/2 cup water. Cook on medium heat until ready. |
