Separate the white from egg. Whisk the white very stiffly. |

Add sugar or sweetener 4 tablets. Dissolve gelatin in water and add to sugar drop by drop. |

Add vanilla essence and separate in three bowls. |

Add pink colour to one, green to another and third be white. |

Pour in layers in wetted moulds. Chill and serve. |
