Peel and grate dudhi. |

Boil dudhi in water. |

Heat milk and sugar and stir continuously till milk thickens. |

Add grated dudhi to milk and boil. |

Add colour and vanilla essence and mix well. |

Allow the mixture to cool. |
7. |
Put the mixture in a bowl and refrigerate. |
