Skin Glow Soup

Serves: 4 Prep. time: 15 minutes Category: Health Food

4 small cucumbers
3 to 4tablespoons mint leaves
3teacupslow fat yogurt
  salt to taste
Directions:
1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender.
2. Add a little cold water if the mixture is too thick.
3. Chill. Serve chilled.

Notes:
Cucumbers have 90 % water content in them and are good for the skin. A refreshing drink during summer.
