Boil noodles in chicken stock till just done (do not over cook). |

Strain, add 1/2 tbsp. oil and keep aside. |

In 1/2 tbsp. oil, put celery, 1/2 tsp. Aji-no-moto,vinegar,soya sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. |

In rest of the oil, put chicken, 1/2 tsp. Aji-no-moto, pepper powder & salt. Cook till chicken is done (it will take about 7 - 10 minutes). |

In a bowl arrange noodles, chicken and salad leaves. Pour the chicken stock over it. |

Thinly sliced carrots can be added for colour effect. |
