Vanilla Ice creams

Plain Vanilla Ice cream
Serves: 4 Prep. time: 15 minutes Category: Desserts

4dropsvanilla essence
1/2cupmalai
1/2ltrpreviously prepared basic Ice cream
Directions:
1. Remove the basic Ice cream from freezer. Cut into small pieces.
2. Put the pieces in a mixie flask.
3. Add vanilla essence and malai.
4. Churn the mixture until it becomes extremely fluffy.
5. Put this mixture in the aluminium box. Cover with a polythene sheet and close the lid.
6. Place it in deep freeze.

Serving ideas:
Once the Ice cream is set, it is ready to eat.

Notes:
If you want to make the Ice cream more soft, remove from the freezer when half set,churn and put it back in the freezer to settle.

Vanilla Ice cream with hot chocolate sauce
AmtUnitIngredients
1cupsugar
1/4cupwater
2tspcocoa powder
Directions:
1. Heat sugar in a saucepan on low heat, until the colour turns brown.
2. Add water and boil for 2 minutes.
3. Add cocoa powder and mix well, continue stirring until the mixture thickens.

Serving ideas:
Pour hot chocolate sauce on cold vanilla Ice cream and savour the taste.

Vanilla icecream with fruit salad
Serving ideas:
Add a scoop of vanilla Ice cream on a bowl of fruit salad.

Cold coffee with vanilla icecream
Serving ideas:
Add a scoop of vanilla Ice cream on a chilled glass of cold coffee and savour the taste.
