Baked Spaghetti With Cheese Balls In Spinach Sauce

1. For the Spaghetti

3teacupsspaghetti boiled
1 1/2teaspoonsgreen chillies (optional), chopped
1tablespoonbutter
  salt to taste
Directions:
1. Heat the butter.
2. Add the spaghetti, green chillies and salt and cook for 1/2 minute.
2. For the Cheese balls

200gramspaneer
2slicesbread
3tablespoonsfresh curds
1tablespooncoriander chopped
3 green chillies chopped
4tablespoonsplain flour (maida)
1/4teaspoonsoda-bi-carb
  salt to taste
  ghee for deep frying
Directions:
1. Soak the bread slices in the curds for 10 minutes.
2. Crumble the paneer and knead very well.
3. Add the soaked bread slices, coriander, green chillies, flour, soda bi-carb and salt.
4. Mix very well and shape into small balls.
5. Deep fry in ghee.
3. For the Spinach Sauce

2teacups spinach chopped
100gramsfresh cream
3teacupswhite sauce
  salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Steam the spinach leaves. Squeeze out the water.
2. Mix the white sauce, cream and spinach leaves and blend in a blender.
3. Add salt and pepper.
4. For the baking

Directions:
1. Add the cooked spaghetti to the spinach sauce and mix.
2. Spread the mixture in a greased baking dish.
3. Arrange the cheese balls on top and sprinkle the grated cheese thereon.
4. Bake in a hot oven at 200 degree C/400 degree F for 15 to 20 minutes.

Serving ideas:
Serve hot.
